- Log In to the Arise Portal: As soon as you notice an issue with your pay, log in to the Arise portal.
- Connect with Ava: Once logged in, pull up Ava, the virtual assistant, and type “invoice is incorrect.” Ava will provide you with information and guide you through the process.
- Contact Partner Support: Ava will connect you to Partner Support, where you can report the issue. Partner Support will issue you a ticket, ensuring that your concern is documented.
- Correction Process: It’s important to note that any corrections may appear on your next pay invoice. Elite Connection and Arise will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct payment.
